Your booking is confirmed once your non-refundable deposit has been received. As places are limited and each program is personally prepared, all deposits are non-refundable.
All payments must be completed prior to the commencement of your service. Failure to make payment will result in your service being cancelled.
If you need to cancel your service, the following cancellation terms apply:
- More than 14 days' notice: Payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, may be refunded or transferred at the discretion of Elysian Alchemy.
- 7–14 days' notice: Up to 50% of the remaining fees (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be refunded.
- Less than 7 days' notice: No refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. While every effort will be made to accommodate a new date where possible, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.
Elysian Alchemy services are provided with care and integrity, results cannot be guaranteed and participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and wellbeing throughout the program or service. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the full Terms and Conditions, including payment policies, cancellations, confidentiality, intellectual property and participant responsibilities.
