a six-week online journey to deepen your relationship with self and spirit. You'll refine your strongest intuitive language, work with the 4-body framework, and receive sacred attunements, plus guided journeys. Grounded, inclusive, and practical, for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
Foundational Training
The three-month mentorship is a blend of private one-to-one calls and group calls, creating space for both individual depth and shared learning, together, we set beautiful foundations and daily practices that support your personal and professional growth, steady, grounded, and deeply transformative.
3 Month Mentorship
A seer reading offers intuitive guidance on the energies around your life, helping you understand where you are, what may be influencing your circumstances and the pathways opening ahead. It's not about fixed predictions. It's more about clarity, validation, and empowering your choices with confidence. All held with integrity, compassion, and respect.

Ancestral Reading
Ancestral reading connect with a well ancestor who steps forward to support you now. Together we look at any family patterns ready to be understood or released, and receive the healing message your lineage wants to share, to bring clarity, grounding, and a renewed sense of belonging as you move forward.
Voices of Your Ancesters
Voices of your ancestors is a half-day online workshop exploring the living relationship between you and your well ancestors. Together we identify patterns that may be surfacing in your family line and explore how these themes show up in daily life. You'll receive a comprehensive manual, take part in a guided quantum style journey to meet a well ancestor, and receive group mediumship with messages from a well ancestor stepping forward for you. This is a grounded and sacred space to listen, heal, and remember.
Breathwork & Meditation
This is a space to soften and come home to yourself. My breathwork and meditation sessions are channeled and written by me for real lives and real bodies. Grounded, trauma-informed spaces to support nervous system regulation, pain management, and gentle reconnection. Online or in person, always held with care.
Quantum Journeys
Written and channeled by Elysian Alchemy, each journey is a safe, grounded container where participants are guided with care, clarity and respect into deep inner landscapes. It's a place of rest, reconnection and receiving insights from Spirit in a way that feels safe, supported and empowering. Quantum Journeys are an Elysian style Nidra hypnosis experience that gently guide you into the space between the conscious and subconscious mind, where true connection and healing can unfold.
Retreat Spaces
Retreat spaces offer immersive, grounded experiences designed to support personal and professional growth in safe, intentional containers. Each retreat blends rest, ritual, and integration so that learning meets embodiment. Many of these gatherings are co-created with Kyle Gallagher, weaving our approaches together to hold grounded, transformative spaces where insight can become lived experience. Energy Work Trainings
Energy Work Trainings support both practitioners and those on their personal path. We begin with the foundations - learning to hold space safely in one-to-ones, group settings, and retreats. We then move into advanced work like soul retrieval, life regression, and ancestral healing. Suitable whether you're growing your own practice or building a professional one.
