ABOUT ME
This work didn't begin in a classroom. It began long before I had the words for it. From as early as I can remember, I experienced the world a little differently. I was drawn to both the seen and the unseen, fascinated by the stories carried within people, the wisdom woven through generations, and the quiet knowing that there was always something more. At the time, I didn't have the language for it. There was simply a deep connection to something I couldn't yet explain.
Then, life changed in an instant.
At sixteen, my life changed in an instant. A catastrophic car accident marked the beginning of a long journey that would redefine every part of my life. Recovery wasn't simply about healing injuries. It was about learning how to live again. I had to relearn the most basic motor functions. Walking, holding a pen, understanding how my body moved, and how to trust it again. Even more confronting was learning how my cognitive mind now worked. The way I processed the world, the way I understood myself - it had shifted. Over the years that followed, ongoing surgeries, complex chronic pain and long-term health challenges became part of my everyday reality. Long before the accident, I'd often felt different. Like I experienced the world in ways I couldn't explain and rarely felt like I truly belonged. Afterward that feeling only deepened. It wasn't just the world that had changed, but my sense of who I was. Over time, I came to understand that I wasn't meant to return to who I had been. I was learning to become who I was then. That understanding became one of the foundations of Elysian Alchemy. The Four Body System grew from lived experience, from years of study and from a commitment to understanding what it really means to rebuild a life from the inside out. I didn't build this space because I had all the answers. I built it because I spent years learning how to ask better questions of my body, my mind, my spirit and the wisdom that walks with us. If you've never quite felt like you fit, if your path has been shaped by pain, by questions, or by the quiet sense that there's something more I want you to know You don't have to fit in here. You only have to arrive as you are.

The Journey COntinues...
The deeper I travelled into my own healing, the more I realised that healing wasn't something I could separate into individual parts. My physical body carried one story. My cognitive mind carried another. My emotions held experiences that words couldn't always reach, while my connection to spirit offered an entirely different perspective. Trying to heal only one part of myself was never enough. That understanding became the foundation of my life's work and the beginning of what would eventually become Elysian representing bliss and chaos and heaven on earth. It also sparked an insatiable curiosity. I wanted to understand the body. I wanted to understand the mind. I wanted to understand trauma, resilience, behaviour, intuition, consciousness, and why some approaches created lasting change while others simply scratched the surface. So I studied. Not because I believed qualifications made someone a better practitioner, but because I believe the people who trust me with their stories deserve someone who is committed to both lived experience and professional excellence.
As I rebuilt my life, I came to understand that healing could never be separated into individual parts. My physical body carried one story. My cognitive mind carried another. My emotions held experiences that words couldn't always reach, while my connection to spirit offered an entirely different perspective. Trying to heal only one part of myself was never enough.
This understanding became the foundation of my life's work and the beginning of what would eventually become the Four Body System—a holistic approach that recognises meaningful transformation happens when we honour the physical, cognitive, emotional, and energetic aspects of ourselves as one interconnected whole.
The deeper I travelled into my own healing, the more curious I became. I wanted to understand not only what had happened to me, but why. Why the body responds the way it does. How trauma shapes our experience. How the mind influences healing. How intuition, energy, behaviour, and human connection all weave together to shape the way we live.
That curiosity became a lifelong devotion to learning. While my lived experience laid the foundation, I believed the people I would one day serve deserved more than experience alone. They deserved someone committed to continual education, professional development, integrity, and a willingness to keep learning.
Over the years, I have undertaken formal training across, personal training specialisation in rehab-mental health - somatic movement and disabilities, Trauma-Informed Care, Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Quantum Hypnosis, Usui Reiki Master, Angelic Reiki Master Teacher, and Advanced Mediumship (mentor James Van Praague + angelic pathways).
Alongside my formal education, I have spent more than twenty years providing support working along side individuals and their families with health and wellbeing, intuitive readings, evidential mediumship, mentorship, and spiritual guidance, working with individuals in person and online throughout New Zealand and internationally.
My work has also expanded into facilitating retreats, workshops, practitioner training, and immersive transformational journeys throughout New Zealand. These experiences have been facilitated both independently and in collaboration with Kyle Gallacher, creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, deepen their understanding, and walk alongside others on a shared path of learning and growth.
Today, my work brings together everything I have lived, everything I have studied, and everything I continue to learn. Every client, every student, every mentor, every qualification, and every challenge has shaped the practitioner and educator I am today.
The response to this work has been deeply humbling. Retreats, workshops, and practitioner trainings regularly reach capacity within the first 24 hours of opening, with my most recent mentorship program filling all available places in under ten minutes. I don't see this as a measure of success, but as a reflection of the trust people place in this work and the incredible community that continues to grow around it.

The Vision
People often ask me what my vision is for Elysian Alchemy. The truth is, it's never really changed. From as early as I can remember, I knew I wanted to teach. I knew I wanted to be of service. I knew I wanted to create a space where people could arrive exactly as they are—without judgement, without expectation, and without feeling like they had to become someone else before they were worthy of belonging.
For many years, I searched for a place where I felt that myself. Eventually, I realised I wasn't looking for it. I was being called to build it.
Elysian Alchemy exists as a place to learn and unlearn. A place where ancient wisdom and modern understanding meet. Where science and spirit don't compete but instead sit beside one another with curiosity, respect, and integrity.
It is a place where the physical body, cognitive mind, emotional wellbeing, and energetic self are all honoured equally, because healing doesn't happen in isolation. Neither do we.
Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, chronic illness, spiritual awakening, curiosity, personal growth, or simply searching for something you can't yet put into words, there is a place for you here.
I have never believed that I have all the answers. In fact, one of the greatest gifts this work has given me is the reminder that every person who walks through these doors arrives carrying wisdom of their own. I learn from every student, every client, every practitioner, every conversation, and every shared experience.
Teaching has never been about standing above others. It has always been about walking beside them.
My hope is that Elysian Alchemy continues to grow into a place where people from every walk of life feel safe enough to ask questions, courageous enough to challenge old stories, and supported enough to remember who they have always been.
If you've ever felt like you didn't quite fit anywhere...
If you've ever questioned your place in the world...
If you've ever longed for a community where all parts of you are welcome...
Then perhaps you've found your way home.
