Cancellation Policy

Mentorship Program Terms & Conditions Your place in the Elysian Alchemy Mentorship Program is confirmed once your non-refundable deposit or first scheduled payment has been received. As places are limited and each mentorship is personally prepared, all deposits are non-refundable. Payment plans are available on a monthly basis and are a commitment to the full mentorship investment. All payments must be completed prior to the commencement of your mentorship unless otherwise agreed in writing. Missed payments may result in access to mentoring sessions or resources being suspended until payments are brought up to date. If you need to cancel your mentorship, the following cancellation terms apply: - More than 14 days' notice: Payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, may be refunded or transferred at the discretion of Elysian Alchemy. - 7–14 days' notice: Up to 50% of the remaining fees (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be refunded. - Less than 7 days' notice: No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. While every effort will be made to accommodate a new date where possible, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed. The Elysian Alchemy Mentorship Program is designed to support your personal, spiritual and professional growth. While guidance, education and mentoring are provided with care and integrity, results cannot be guaranteed and participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and wellbeing throughout the program. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the full Terms and Conditions, including payment policies, cancellations, confidentiality, intellectual property and participant responsibilities.
